AN ECO - VILLAGE IS A PLACE DESTINED TO PERMIT THE FULL REALIZATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN RESPECT TO HIS ENVIRONMENT. HOW CAN WE DEVELOPE TO THE MAXIMUM OUR POTENTIALS, IN AN EPOCH WHERE THE SUPREMACY OF THE ECONOMY SOFFOCATES HUMAN VALUES? THIS IS THE PURPOSE OF ARCAP; ASSOCIATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF PLANETARY ARTISTIC CONSCIOUSNESS. OBJECTIVE: TO CREATE AN EXPERIMENTAL CELL FOR A NEW WAY OF LIVING ON THE PLANET... SITE: CHARAVA, PROVINCE OF CORDOBA, ARGENTINA.

1 - PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT - ARCAP

  1- ARCAP
THE ROOT ARC IS VERY POWERFULL. MANY WORDS START WITH ARC. ARCAP REPRESENTS THE POETRY OF THE RAINBOW, THIS GREAT BRIDGE OF LIGHT BETWEEN HEAVEN AND EARTH WHICH IS AN ARCH, WHERE THE ARCHANGELS AND OTHERS OF THE DIVINE HIERARCHY OPERATE, EACH ONE AT THEIR OWN LEVEL. THEY USE FIRE AND WATER, NAMELY LOVE AND WISDOM, TO FLOOD THE UNIVERSE WITH BEAUTY; OF WHICH THE SEVEN COLORS OF THE RAINBOW CAN ONLY GIVE US A VAGUE IDEA. THE RAINBOW REPRESENTS THE INTRUSION OF MIRACLES IN DAILY LIFE. THE SENTIMENT OF BEAUTY THAT THIS INSPIRES GAVE BIRTH TO ART, THE SUBLIME EXPRESSION OF LOVE, OF WHICH MAN IS BEARER.   2- CHARAVA
CHARAVA IS A WONDERFUL PLACE SITUATED IN ARGENTINA CLOSE TO THE CITY OF CORDOBA. TO ARRIVE ONE NEEDS TO GO TO BUENOS AIRES AND FROM THERE TAKE A CONNECTION TO CORDOBA, THE SECOND MAIN CITY OF ARGENTINA, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COUNTRY. AT CORDOBA SOMEONE WILL ARRIVE TO MEET YOU.
CHARAVA IS 120 KILOMETERS FROM CORDOBA IN A MOUNTAIN RANGE CALLED "LOS GIGANTES", OR "THE GIANTS". IT IS A LARGE TERRITORY OF 65 HECTARES.
THE FIRST TIME I FOUND MYSELF IN THIS MARVELOUS PLACE I FELL IMMEDIATELY IN LOVE WITH IT. IMMENSE ROCKS GUARD THE LAND - GIGANTIC NATURAL MEGALITES - GUARDIANS OF THE "ETERNALITY" OF THIS SITE.
THE "ETERNALITY" IS AN "ALIVE" ETERNITY, AN ETERNITY IN PERPETUAL MOTION. ON THE TERRITORY THERE IS A GIANT DOLMEN, AN ENORMOUS FLAT STOME SUPPORTED BY OTHER VERTICLE STONES AT A HEIGHT OF TWO METERS. IT IS LIKE A GIANT MUSHROOM UNDER WHICH YOU CAN STAND ERECT. IT IS A PLACE OF EXCEPTIONAL ENERGY, A SACRED SITE ON THIS EARTH EQUALLY SACRED.
IT IS KNOWN THAT CHARAVA WAS ONCE A SACRED SITE FOR THE COMECHINGONES INDIANS. SPANISH HISTORIOGRAPHERS SAY THAT THEY WERE BLOND WITH CLEAR BRIGHT EYES. THEY DISAPPEARED VERY SUDDENLY. SOME MAY HAVE INTEGRATED WITH OTHER POPULATIONS. OTHERS CHOSE TO TAKE THEIR OWN LIVES RATHER THAN TO SERVE UNDER THE SPANISH CONQUISTADORS.
THE CHRONICLES REPORT A VERY CURIOUS PHENOMENON; MANY COMECHINGONES WERE FOUND DEAD IN A SEATED, MEDITATION POSITION. WERE THEY POSSIBLY AT A LEVEL OF CAPABILITY OF CONSCIOUSLY LEAVING THEIR BODIES? NO ONE CAN RESPOND WITH CERTAINTY TO THIS QUESTION. BUT WITHOUT A DOUBT THE SPANISH WERE VERY SURPRISED TO FIND THIS POPULATION WITH PHYSICAL CONSTITUTIONS OF VIKINGS. WHICH IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO DEMONSTRATE THE SUPERIORITY OF WHITE MAN ON A RECLUSE INDIGENOUS TRIBE. THERE IS AN ARCHEOLOGICAL AREA ON THE LAND SURROUNDING THE GREAT SACRED DOLMEN. IN FACT, THE COMECHINGONES LIVED MUCH OF THE TIME IN THE GROTTOS THERE.
EVENTUALLY WE WILL MAKE EXCAVATIONS.... OR MAYBE WE WILL DECIDED TO LET THESE "RUINS" SLEEP. BUT THERE WILL BE BUILT IN THIS ZONE A MONUMENT TO THE COMECHINGONES TO RE-ESTABLISH A CONNECTION WITH THE ANCESTORS WHO PROTECTED THIS LAND. IN SHEMANIC TRADITIONS LAND DOES NOT BELONG TO THE LIVING. WE ARE ONLY CUSTODIANS WITH THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CONSERVING THE ENERGIES OF THE LAND FOR OUR ANCESTORS. THIS IS ONLY POSSIBLE BY MAINTAINING THE CONNECTION WITH THE "HEAVENS", AND THIS CAN ONLY BE GAURANTEED THROUGH THESE ANCESTORS.   3- ERKS
May the lovers of the extraordinary remain concentrated. They are about to relish in a few more curious little stories. Lets start with the nectar of the Gods. On our beautiful planet certain traditions speak of interdimensional cities; that is, invisible to the eye because they are situated in other dimensions. The most famous of all is called Shamballa. Shamballa has many sisters and both Americas' are rich with these mysterious lands that legend loves.
The queen of all is the city that lies above and in Lake Titicaca. The spiritual tradition relates that this immense lake makes a huge mirror that serves as a point of anchorage for the energies of love to flow onto the earth.
In recent years the spiritual direction of the planet has gradually transfered from the Himalayas towards the Andes and particularly towards Lake Titicaca. This explains the essential role that South America plays in the re-awakening of planetary conscientiousness.
In two completely different directions from the lake we find two more cities. One is very well known to followers of the New Age culture and is found at Mount Shasta in the United States. The other, Erks, is much less known outside of the borders of Argentina but it also plays a very important role in the impulse of the "renewing" that the planet has to go through.
Erks is situated in the area of Capilla Del Monte, close to Cordoba in Argentina. Two principal points are in the radius of the phenomenal energy of Erks. The mountain Oritorque, where very many paranormal happenings take place, and the more modest Los Terrones which is also known for its superior "magical" qualities. Charava also finds itself in the radius of Erks and this explains the exceptional vibrational level of the area and clearly justifies the choice of it as a place of peace and art.

  4- WHY ARGENTINA?
Since 1987 I have been giving conferences in Argentina, principally Cordoba, Mendoza and Buenos Aires. In these last few years we have formed a group ready to support this type of project. This of course is fundamental as this project is made for man from man. It was the enthusiasm created within this group, to actively participate, that made me decide to join in this adventure. To understand the importance of this kind of action in Argentina, one need be aware of the fact that in the last few years this country has gone into a real cataclysm economically, politically and socially. One of the consequences unfortunately is that the Argentin people don't believe anymore in the promises of capitalism. A large fraction of the population live in impossible conditions in a very rich country. Consequence: many young people with high professional qualifications leave the big cities to live in places withdrawn from the "system" they refuse.
But a few of them have a real alternative project and possibility. The ones I have encountered were fascinated by my presentation of ARCAP. We add that the incredible crash of the economy in the last years, a wave of shock hard to understand from outside of Argentina, permits the projecting of construction of this village at extremely low costs, in respect to costs of living in countries considered rich.
Exchange has again become the primary importance and there is a diffusion of research for alternative solutions. Many intellectual Argentinins consider that their country will have the fortune to be one of the first to go from a global economic crisis that will do away with capitalism and allow them to serve as a precursor in the creation of a new system in which its' riches will be at the service of the complete realization of the individual, and not the contrary, as with the dyeing capitalist system that is already digging its grave... as did communism before him.
I was in Argentina in December of 2001 and in Buenos Aires during the revolution at the end of the year. Therefore I lived from the inside this profound devastation. After, I left for Peru where I joined a group of friends for a circumnavigation of the region of Cuzco and Lake Titicaca.
Following this everything seemed to work out magically. A friend offered a certain sum of money for buying a piece of property. It was like a lightning bolt for Charava....65 hectares for the realization of a pilot project dedicated to art in all of its' forms!

5- A TERRITORY IN THE FORM OF CADUCEO OF MERCURY
The territory is situated on a vast plain circled by hills and numerous valleys that communicate in the center but at the same time are seperated by the configuration of the territory itself. The whole area seems to form an amphitheater in which the elevated energies flow together and become conserved. The extremely high vibration level of the site has been confirmed by radiestetic studies. Simply by being in Charava has an effect on activating consciousness. Agustin, the architect working on the project, realized that the plain, seen from above, creates the perfect form of the caduceo of Mercury; symbol of healing used even today by medical doctors, which suggests the high healing properties of this very special place.

The project is planning the construction of 40 individual apartments plus collective living arangements for those who desire a prolonged experience but are not economically able to rent an individual apartment.
The black dots rapresent the individual habitations, il caduceo, the acsess street and the crossing of two axis where sculptors will be built.
